Rajmahendra, from the vibrant city of Chennai, has woven together a unique tapestry of professional excellence and spiritual dedication. Born and brought up in this bustling metropolis, He pursued his passion for technology, becoming a skilled software engineer. His journey didn’t stop there; he transitioned into the dynamic role of an Agile Coach and Agile Project Manager. Now freelancing, he offers his expertise to a diverse array of clients.

Beyond his professional achievements, He holds a Master of Science in Yoga from Singhania University, a testament to his dedication to the ancient practice. He has further honed his skills by earning the prestigious RYS® 200 in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and RYS® 300 in Multi Style Yoga from the Samyak Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda. His thirst for knowledge led him to achieve a 25-Hour Restorative Yoga certificate and specialized certifications from Yoga Alliance, including the Kids Yoga Training Certificate and Sankhya Darshana.

Raj’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga transcends physical exercise; it is a way of life. He guides his students on a transformative journey toward self-mastery and realization. His classes encompass a diverse range of practices, including Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Minimalism, Mindfulness, a Whole Food Plant-Based Lifestyle, and self-retrospective. His meditation practice focuses on Zen meditation, especially Shikantaza Zazen, which he believes is the natural meditation for humans.

His spiritual journey is deeply intertwined with Vedanta, a profound philosophy that explores the nature of reality and the self. Rajmahendra is particularly drawn to Sankhya, Raja Yoga, and Advaita Vedanta, which have significantly shaped his spiritual outlook.
